Emre ALPASLAN Kimdir ?

Özel bir mekatronik firmasında 2014 yılından beri araştırma geliştirme müdürüyüm.
Mühendislik ve teknoloji yöneticiliği bölümünde yüksek lisans eğitimimi tamamladım. Kontrol ve otomasyon teknolojileri bölümümde lisans eğitimimi tamamladıktan sonra yöneticilik bölümünü bitirerek ikinci lisans programımı tamamladım. Direk yürüttüğüm projeler yazılım ağırlıklı olsada, mekanik olarakta bir çok projeyi başarıyla tamamladım, bu süre içinde Asya, Avrupa ve Kuzey Amerika kıtalarında toplam 11 ülkeye iş için seyahat etme fırsatı buldum.

Amaç:

Şirketler yazılım, otomasyon ve mühendislik çözümlerini ekonomik nedenlerden veya güvene bağlı faktörlerden dolayı kendi bünyelerinde çözmeyi tercih eder. Bu düşünce ile proje yürütmek için en önemli faktörler güven, tecrübe ve ekip çalışmasıdır, fakat profesyonel mühendislik ekibi kurmak oldukça maliyetlidir.

Genel olarak teknik bilgi yetersizliği ve yanlış yolların seçilmesi gibi olumsuzluklarla başlanan projeler sonuca tam olarak ulaşamıyor. Bu durum maliyet ve zaman kaybı bakımından olumsuzluklara neden oluyor. İşte bu aşamada işletmenizin bütün kaynaklarını kullanarak mühendislik ve yazılım hizmeti verebilen, dışarıdan yönlendirebilen bir yönetici ihtiyacı ortaya çıkıyor. Modern ismi danışmanlık olarakta isimlendirilebilir.

Who is Emre ALPASLAN?

I have been a research and development manager at a special mechatronics company since 2014.
I completed my master's degree in engineering and technology management. After completing my undergraduate degree in Control and Automation Technologies, I completed my second degree program. Although the projects I have carried out are mainly software, I have successfully completed many projects and I have had the opportunity to travel to a total of 11 countries in Asia, Europe and North America.

Mission:

Companies prefer to solve their software, automation and engineering solutions within their organization because of economic reasons or factors that depend on trust. With this in mind, the most important factors for carrying out the project are trust, experience and team work, but it is very costly to establish a professional engineering team.

Generally, the projects started with the negativity of the lack of technical knowledge and the selection of wrong ways can not reach the conclusion fully. This situation causes negativity in terms of cost and time loss.
